Hi, I’m Danielle, and I see my role is to support you to acknowledge, explore, accept, and understand them in order to achieve growth & positive change. My philosophy is that you hold your own answers internally, but you are unable to access them. Working collaboratively, we will unlock them using your strengths and gain empowerment.
If you believe you would work well with straight talking, honesty and warmth in order for you to be truly heard and understood, knowing that your therapist ‘gets you’ then I might be the right person for you. I’m qualified as an integrative counsellor, which means I'm able to draw on a range of concepts & tools to work collaboratively with clients.
I work with individual adults on a range of reasons for seeking therapy, such as trauma, grief, depression, sexual, physical and emotional abuse and Including surviving narcissistic relationships, and those with anxiety and disordered eating. I also work with adults in family therapy.
My passion is working with couples to improve their relationship and communication, identifying patterns of behaviour to help them thrive in the modern world of partnerships.
I offer warmth, compassion, empathy, a healthy dose of realism, and a safe, non-judgmental space to explore yourself in a way you may never have before. You are unique, and so are your reasons for counselling and the goals you are looking to achieve.
