Natalie McLaughlin
I am a qualified integrative counsellor with over twenty years of experience working within the care and education sector. Throughout my career, I have supported people through a wide range of challenges, and this has shaped my belief that every individual deserves to feel heard, valued, and understood.
I also bring extensive experience of autism, both professionally and personally, which deeply informs my practice. This understanding helps me to provide a neurodiversity affirming environment where differences are recognised, supported, and celebrated. I am committed to working in a way that honours each person's sensory, communication, and processing needs, ensuring therapy feels accessible and safe.
My counselling style is warm, caring, and compassionate. I work in a gentle, collaborative way, creating a safe, supportive, non judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. Drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches, I tailor our work to suit your unique needs, helping you move toward greater clarity and emotional well-being.
